RCAT started a licensing program for roofing contractors in the State of Texas that requires members to be evaluated each year and requires contractors to complete continuing education courses to stay a licensed member. In order to become a member of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas you must have a Texas office location for a minimum of One year.
